If you are flying, you will fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You should plan on arriving on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 as our event starts at 9 AM on Thursday, .February 19, 2026.

Feel free to stay wherever you'd like, but here are two options that are close to the office where the event will be taking place that we recommend based on your budget:

​Best Western Inn & Suites - 5 minute Uber from our office and a 15 minute Uber from the airport

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak - 5 minute Uber from our office and a 15 minute Uber from the airport

We'll be providing bagels and fruit for breakfast on both days, so plan to arrive a little early. We'll also be serving lunch both days at the office. In addition, on Thursday February 19th, we'll be hosting a catered dinner with drinks at the office!
